Eligibility Criteria Of Kerala Patent Support Scheme

  2. If you’re a startup, you must be registered as a private limited or limited liability partnership.
  3. You must be registered in Kerala within ten years of incorporation and have both a DIPP and Udyog Aadhar number.
  4. Student entrepreneurs can apply directly through their IEDC’s if they meet the requirements.
  5. The support is only available to students who are actively pursuing their academics.
  6. The scheme does not provide support for patent renewals or legal actions against authorities who have rejected your patent claims.
